Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement comprehensive HR processes, including onboarding, adaptation, motivation, and assessment;
  • Lead internal audits to optimize the HR function;
  • Leverage metrics and analytics to enhance the effectiveness of HR strategies;
  • Collaborate with managers across all levels to ensure HR alignment with business goals;
  • Advocate for HR initiatives across various company divisions;
  • Manage recruitment, overseeing 1 to 3 vacancies;
  • Manage 1 HR subordinate in your department.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in establishing HR frameworks from the ground up;
  • An innate ability to grasp business needs swiftly and accurately;
  • Strong autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving;
  • Expertise in utilizing metrics and analytics to drive HR decisions.
